Delivery Charges:Please note that while we offer refunds for the returned items, the original delivery charges are non-refundable if you paid a delivery fee. This means that when processing a refund, the amount refunded will be for the items only, excluding any delivery costs incurred during the purchase.

Cash on Delivery Fees:Please note that the cash on delivery service fee is non-refundable. This means if you return an item paid for with cash on delivery, the refund will cover the cost of the item only, excluding any cash on delivery service fees incurred.
